Dino Bodyweight Day

Today’s Dino Bodyweight session was really good –awesome in-fact and just what I needed.

Dino Day –is based on the book by Brooks Kubik –Dinosaur Bodyweight Training –for some awesome ideas check it out.

 

Like I said awesome session.

Jo and I killed it in around 25 minutes.

As you can see from the video (filmed by my son Louis)- we worked mostly outside and got the job done.

Dino Day –all Body

 

Strap Press Ups

With

Rope Chins

3 rounds of 15 each –nonstop

 

Then

Handstand Press Ups 3 x 5

Jo did Steep Decline Press Up 3 x 15

 

V Bar Chin 3 x 10

 

Rope Leg Raise (toes to bar) 3 x 12

 

Rope Squats 3 x 25

 

Neck Rear 3 x 15

Neck Front 3 x 15

 

Jo did Chest Expander Curls 3 x 15

 

This really makes you feel good –loved it x
